Our Standards

Members of our Inn Team professionally trained and have the essential skills required to carry out jobs in the community. Each job assignment is under the direct supervision of an Inn Team Coordinator that ensures that Inn Team members upheld customer service standards in performance, quality, and professionalism. Contact us at bethanya@innfromthecold.ca or complete the inquiry form on our website. Our Inn Team Coordinator will arrange a visit to assess the job and provide you with a detailed quote — completely free of charge.

From the initial assessment and quote through to project completion, the Inn Team Coordinator will serve as the on-site lead for your job. After the work is completed, our Inn Team Manager will issue the invoice and remains available to address any feedback or general questions about the program.

Yes. Our Inn Team is fully insured, and we carry appropriate liability coverage for all services we provide. If you require documentation for your records, we are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Changing our community’s perception of homelessness, one job at a time.

The Inn Team provides work opportunities to individuals facing systemic barriers and who are at-risk or currently experiencing homelessness. Program participants receive employability training, job site mentorship, and a wage for work rendered in the community to achieve financial stability.
